1.1 Limitation of Liability

Crack Every Test, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.”

1.2 User Conduct and Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer, and they agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password. You may not misuse the services provided by Crack Every Test (including, without limitation, hacking, introducing viruses, or engaging in data breaches). Crack Every Test reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Crack Every Test also reserves the right to remove a student from the course for misbehaviour in the lectures, or on any medium made available for the communication between and to the students by Crack Every Test. In such a case, there shall be no refund awarded to the said student under any scenario. Misbehaviour in this context refers to disrespectful way of talking with or about any of the faculty, other students of any staff member of Crack Every Test over any medium whatsoever as well as sharing of Crack Every Test material without prior written permission. Misbehaviour may also mean using wrongful means of usage of Crack Every Test course including but not limited to cheating in mock tests, lectures as well as regular tests conducted by faculty during the course duration. The final decision for this shall lie solely with Crack Every Test.

P.S. Special Extraordinary cases for only for Full Course Students: In any case when a student is removed from the course for the aforementioned or any other reason, if under a special case scenario a refund is promised to a student making a special extraordinary case, the student’s course shall be changed from a full course to books and mocks course and the remainder of the fees shall be refunded with deductions for the pending syllabus lectures of the course yet to be conducted for the batch that the student has enrolled to. The decision to consider this special case lies solely with the management and shall be a final call and not open to any arguments or reconsiderations and the student shall not hold the management responsible for it at all.

Eg. A Student, ‘Mr. P’, enrolled in XYZ course, where he paid a fees of Rs 25,000 for CET & CMAT exam which has a total of 120 lectures. He is removed from the course in the 86th lecture, and he has been exclusively promised a refund, His package shall be changed to Only Books and Mocks (For this example assume a Fees of Rs 5000) for CET and CMAT exam. He shall continue keeping the books sent to him and the mocks he has been alloted. The refund shall be calculated in the following manner:

1. Total Fees Paid: Rs 25000 ……. (A)
2. Fees for books = Rs 5000 …….. (B)

Pending fees = Rs 25,000 – Rs 5,000 = Rs 20,000…..(C)

Fees to be deducted = 86/120 * pending fees = 86/120*20000 = Rs 14,332.33…… (D)

Final Amount to be Refunded = (C) – (D) = Rs. 20000 – Rs. 14332.33 = Rs 5,666.66

Note: The above example is purely illustrative and is intended only to demonstrate the method of calculation. Actual refund amounts will vary based on individual fee structures, course configurations, and enrollment timing. The illustrative figures used above do not constitute a representation or guarantee of any specific refund amount.

1.3 Platform Compatibility and Usage

Our course content is designed for flexibility in learning and can be accessed with limited features on our website, www.crackeverytest.com. For full feature access, students are encouraged to use our desktop software and mobile applications, available for Android and Apple devices. Please note the following compatibility requirements: the software is supported on all Windows devices using Windows 10 or above, on all Android phones with Android 8.0 or higher, and on all iPhones/iPads with iOS 12 or higher. MacBook Pro devices are not supported due to macOS restrictions on Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology, which is required by Crack Every Test to protect the integrity and security of its course content. Students using MacBook Pro devices may access limited course features via the website at www.crackeverytest.com but will not have full application functionality. Crack Every Test strongly advises prospective students to verify device compatibility prior to enrollment. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices meet these requirements for optimal access and usage of our course materials.

1.4 Refund Policy:

Crack Every Test provides a conditional refund policy intended to maintain fairness and transparency in transactions while ensuring a satisfactory experience for students.

Refund Eligibility
Students may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of gaining access to a course, subject to a maximum refund of eighty percent (80%) of the original purchase price, provided that the course content has not been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed in any form.

To initiate a refund request, the student must submit a written request with a valid and genuine reason via email to support@crackeverytest.com within the specified 24-hour window. All refund requests are subject to review, and Crack Every Test reserves the sole right to approve or deny any such request at its discretion. The decision of Crack Every Test regarding any refund request shall be final and binding.

Refunds shall be considered only in cases of proven failure to deliver promised content or verified technical issues originating from Crack Every Test’s platform. Personal preference, expectation mismatch, or dissatisfaction without verifiable evidence shall not qualify for a refund.

Crack Every Test shall not be responsible for performance issues arising from individual device limitations, network conditions, or system configurations beyond the platform’s control.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds shall not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the course has been accessed, consumed, or utilized in any manner;
• If the refund request is submitted after the 24-hour window from the time of course access;
• For incorrect course selection or purchase errors;
• Due to a change of mind after purchase;
• In connection with requests to switch courses or upgrade packages post-purchase.

Course Upgrade Policy

Crack Every Test permits course upgrades subject to the following conditions:

A Participant may upgrade from one classroom program to another classroom program of a higher tier (for example, from the Essential course to the Elite Advantage course) by paying the difference in course fees between the two programs plus an unconditional administrative upgrade fee of Rs. 1,500.

Upgrades are permitted only within the same category of classroom programs. The following upgrade restrictions apply:

• A Mocks-only package cannot be upgraded to any classroom program (Essential or Elite Advantage).
• A Core program cannot be upgraded to any classroom program (Essential or Elite Advantage).
• Upgrades across different course categories are not permitted under any circumstances, except where Crack Every Test, at its sole discretion, makes a specific exception in writing for an individual case.

The upgrade fee of Rs. 1,500 is non-refundable under all circumstances. The difference in course fees shall be calculated based on the current listed price of the higher-tier program at the time the upgrade request is made, not the price at the time of original enrollment.

All upgrade requests must be submitted in writing to support@crackeverytest.com and are subject to approval by Crack Every Test. Crack Every Test reserves the right to decline any upgrade request at its discretion.

Once an upgrade is approved and processed, the original course enrollment shall be considered superseded by the upgraded course enrollment, and the terms and conditions applicable to the upgraded course shall apply in full from the date of upgrade.

 

1.5 Special Terms and Conditions pertaining to Crack Every Test’s “Elite Advantage Guarantee Program”

The following special terms govern all programs offered under Crack Every Test’s “Elite Advantage Guarantee Program” and are supplemental to the General Terms and Conditions. The Guarantee Program currently covers two courses: (a) CAT Elite Advantage, which carries a 95th percentile guarantee for the CAT examination; and (b) CET Elite Advantage, which carries a 97th percentile guarantee for the MH-MBA CET examination. The common framework set out below applies equally to both, with course-specific distinctions noted where applicable. By enrolling in either Elite Advantage course, you agree to the following:

1.5.1 Definitions

• “Program Year” refers to the academic year in which the Participant has enrolled in the respective Elite Advantage course.
• “Final Official Examination” means: (i) for CAT Elite Advantage, the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the IIMs; and (ii) for CET Elite Advantage, the Maharashtra MBA Common Entrance Test (MH-MBA CET) conducted by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra — in each case, for the Program Year.
• First Mock Test for Late-Joining Participants

Where a Participant enrolls in the Elite Advantage course after one or more mock tests have already been released by Crack Every Test, the First Mock Test for the purposes of this Guarantee shall not be any of the already-released mocks. Instead, the First Mock Test shall be the first mock test released by Crack Every Test after the date of the Participant's enrollment. The Participant must attempt this mock within four (4) days of its release date as notified by the Company. Failure to do so shall render the Participant ineligible for the Guarantee.

Example (illustrative only): If Mr. P enrolls when Mocks 1, 2, and 3 have already been released, his First Mock Test shall be Mock 4 — the first mock releasing after his enrollment. The above example is purely illustrative and actual mock numbers will vary by batch and program year.

• “Guarantee Percentile” means: (i) 95th percentile for CAT Elite Advantage; and (ii) 97th percentile for CET Elite Advantage.

1.5.2 The Promise

The Company guarantees that any Participant who fulfills all eligibility criteria set out in Section 1.5.3 will either:

• a) Achieve a percentile score at or above the Guarantee Percentile in the Final Official Examination of the academic year the student has enrolled for.

Note: If condition (a) is fulfilled, the Promise is considered delivered and no refund or re-enrollment benefit shall be due. Only a Participant who satisfies all eligibility criteria - shall be entitled to claim a benefit under Section 1.5.4.

Special Note for CET Guarantee Program: If a student, by the virtue of special allottment or reservation conditions set by the exam conducting body or the government manages to receive admission in one of the colleges of the top 3 ranks as per the college rankings list then, the Promise is considered delivered and no refund or re-enrollment benefit shall be due. Only a Participant who satisfies all eligibility criteria - shall be entitled to claim a benefit under Section 1.5.4.

 

1.5.3 Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for the Guarantee, the Participant must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• a) Have paid the full course fee and enrolled in the respective Elite Advantage program (CAT or CET) for the Program Year.
• b) Attempt the Final Official Examination in the same Program Year.
• c) Attempt the First Mock Test as provided by Crack Every Test within four (4) days of its release date as notified by the Company. A Participant who fails to attempt the First Mock Test within the notified window shall be deemed ineligible for the Guarantee. The percentile achieved in this First Mock Test shall be recorded and used as the baseline for the purpose of assessing condition (b) of Section 1.5.1.
• d) Fulfill the following attendance conditions based on the timing of enrollment:

Attendance Requirement Based on Enrollment Timing:

1. If a Participant enrolls before 10% of the total lectures are conducted, they must attend at least 85% of the total lectures.
2. If a Participant enrolls after more than 10% but on or before 25% of the total lectures are conducted, they must attend at least 90% of the pending lectures (i.e., the total remaining lectures from the date of enrollment).
3. If a Participant enrolls after more than 25% of total lectures are conducted, they shall not be eligible for the Guarantee.

Rounding Rule: If the required number of lectures to be attended results in a decimal value, it shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

Attendance Verification: Attendance is tracked via the video conferencing platform used by the Company (currently Zoom), which shares session participation data directly with the Company’s systems. For a lecture session to be recorded as attended, the Participant must join the session using the same display name as their verified name on the Crack Every Test platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to ensure their display name on the video conferencing platform matches their verified platform name before joining each lecture. Sessions where the display name does not match shall not be counted toward attendance. Attendance records generated by this system shall be final and conclusive for the purposes of this Guarantee.

Examples (Illustrative Only):

1. Early Enrollment (≤10% of lectures conducted): Total lectures = 180; lectures conducted at enrollment = 15 (8.3%); required attendance = 85% of 180 = 153 lectures.
2. Mid Enrollment (>10% and ≤25%): Lectures conducted at enrollment = 25 (12.9%); pending lectures = 155; required attendance = 90% of 155 = 139.5, rounded up to 140 lectures.
3. Late Enrollment (>25% of lectures conducted): Participant is not eligible for the Guarantee.

The above examples are purely illustrative and are based on a hypothetical total lecture count. Actual lecture counts will vary by batch and program year.

• e) Must have attempted, within four (T+3) days of the release date of each mock test as notified by the Company, whichever of the following is greater:(i) at least 80% of the mock tests released by Crack Every Test for the respective program from the date of the Participant's enrollment onward (rounded up to the nearest whole number); or
  (ii) at least 50% of the total mock tests released by Crack Every Test for the respective program (rounded up to the nearest whole number), computed across the full Program Year regardless of enrollment date.For the avoidance of doubt, mock tests released prior to the Participant's enrollment date cannot be counted toward satisfying either threshold. Consequently, once more than 50% of the total mock tests for the Program Year have been released prior to a Participant's enrollment, condition (ii) above becomes impossible to satisfy regardless of the Participant's subsequent attempt rate, and the Participant shall automatically be ineligible for the Guarantee from that point of enrollment onward. No exceptions shall be made to this rule.

  Example (illustrative only):

  For a program with 30 total mock tests, the minimum attempt count under condition (ii) is 15. A Participant enrolling before Mock 15 releases remains eligible, subject to attempting 80% of mocks released after enrollment (or all 15, whichever is greater, once fewer than 19 mocks remain). A Participant enrolling after Mock 15 has released — i.e., from Mock 16 onward — can no longer reach the 15-mock minimum even with a 100% attempt rate on all remaining mocks, and is therefore automatically ineligible. The above example is purely illustrative; actual mock counts and thresholds will vary by program year.

  Mock tests from any other institute or platform shall not be considered. In the event that a mock test is delayed or inaccessible due to a verified technical issue on the Company's platform, the four-day window for that specific mock shall commence from the corrected release date as notified by Crack Every Test. A genuine attempt is defined as one in which the Participant makes a sincere effort to answer the questions. If the Company reasonably determines that an attempt is falsified or inauthentic, that mock shall be treated as not attempted."

1.5.4 Benefit Provided

If the Company verifies that the Participant has satisfied all eligibility conditions under Section 1.5.3 and has failed to meet either condition (a) or condition (b) of Section 1.5.2, the Participant shall be entitled to choose one of the following benefits:

• a) A full refund of the course fee paid by the Participant; or
• b) Free re-enrollment in the same Elite Advantage course (CAT Elite Advantage or CET Elite Advantage, as applicable) for the immediately following academic year.

The choice of benefit rests solely with the Participant and must be clearly stated in their written claim under Section 1.5.5. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

• Re-enrollment under option (b) is subject to the course being available in the following academic year. The structure, content, faculty, delivery format, fees, or features of the course may change in the subsequent academic year, and the Participant shall not be entitled to demand the same format or content as the original enrollment.
• The Guarantee shall be applicable only once. A Participant who avails re-enrollment under option (b) shall not be eligible for any further Guarantee benefit in the subsequent year, regardless of their performance in the Final Official Examination in that year.

1.5.5 Claim Procedure

To claim a benefit, the Participant must submit all of the following to support@crackeverytest.com within 30 days of the official scorecard being made available on the official website of the conducting body (IIM website for CAT; State CET Cell website for MH-MBA CET):

• a) A copy of the official scorecard from the Final Official Examination;
• b) Attendance report confirming compliance with the attendance requirement applicable to the Participant’s enrollment timing (as determined from the Company’s Zoom attendance records);
• c) The First Mock Test percentile and score, as recorded and confirmed by the Company;
• d) A written claim clearly stating whether the Participant is requesting option (a) a full refund, or option (b) re-enrollment in the same course for the following year.

Failure to submit all required documents within the prescribed timeframe shall render the claim invalid, regardless of eligibility. No extensions shall be granted.

1.5.6 Exclusions

The Guarantee shall not apply, and no benefit shall be due, in any of the following circumstances:

• a) The Participant fails to meet any one or more of the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1.5.2.
• b) The Participant engages in academic dishonesty, cheating, or any violation of these Terms.
• c) The Participant attempts the Final Official Examination in any year other than the Program Year.
• d) The Final Official Examination is cancelled, postponed to a subsequent year, or conducted in a format so significantly different from prior years that a meaningful percentile comparison is not possible, as reasonably determined by the Company. In such an event, the Guarantee obligations of the Company shall be suspended for that Program Year. Affected Participants may choose to either receive a full refund of course fees or carry forward their enrollment to the next available year, as notified by the Company.

1.5.7 Finality

All decisions by Crack Every Test regarding eligibility verification, attendance records, mock test authenticity, and fulfillment of the Promise conditions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained once a decision has been communicated to the Participant.

1. Feedback:

Any feedback You provide with respect to the Application shall be deemed to be non-confidential. The Application shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. Further, by submitting the feedback, You represent and warrant that (i) Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of You or of third parties; (ii) the Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the feedback; (iii) the Application may have something similar to the feedback already under consideration or in development; and (iv) You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from the Company for the feedback under any circumstances, unless specified.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be held responsible in any manner for any content provided by other users even such content is offensive, hurtful or offensive. Please exercise caution while accessing the Application.

2.1 Customer Care:

We make all best endeavors to provide You with a pleasant experience. In the unlikely event that You face any issues, please contact us at support@crackeverytest.com. The problems are resolved in the order they are received. General problem resolution time is 7 days.

2.2 General Provisions:

Notice: All notices served by the Company shall be provided via email to Your account or as a general notification on the Application. Any notice to be provided to the Company should be sent to support@crackeverytest.com.

Entire Agreement: The Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines made applicable to the Application from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and You with respect to Your access to or use of the Application, Website and the Services thereof.

Assignment: You cannot assign or otherwise transfer Your obligations under the Terms, or any right granted hereunder to any third party. The Company’s rights under the Terms are freely transferable by the Company to any third parties without the requirement of seeking Your consent.

Severability: If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Any failure by the Company to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms, or any related right, shall not constitute a waiver by the Company of that provision or right.

Relationship: You acknowledge that Your participation on the Application, does not make You an employee or agency or partnership or joint venture or franchise of the Company.

The Company provides these Terms so that You are aware of the terms that apply to your use of the Website/Application and Services. You acknowledge that, the Company has given You a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms and that You have agreed to them.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By using the services provided by Crack Every Test, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the services following the posting of changes will mean you accept and agree to the changes.
